  • What is the check-in and check-out time of the accommodation?
  • The check-in time for our villas and apartments is 12:00 midday on arrival day.  Check-out time is midday on the day of departure.  It can take quite a long time to thoroughly clean the accommodation on changeover days and if you arrive before 3pm it's possible the maid will still be working, especially during high season.  If you arrive before midday and the accommodation is ready you will be able to move in immediately.  On departure days, the maid may also arrive quite early at your accommodation to begin cleaning.   If you are booked on a late flight on your departure day we will do our utmost to allow you to stay as long as possible in the accommodation after the midday deadline.  Alternatively we may provide you with another accommodation for the duration of the day for your comfort.  Occasionally, mainly during high season, however, this is not always possible. 
  • Are extra beds available?
  • Yes, we can provide extra camp beds (mainly to be used by children), providing there is sufficient space in the specific accommodation.
  • Are there washing and ironing appliances?
  • Please check on our website, under accommodation description, to see which of the properties provide these appliances.
  • Is there a hairdryer?
  • Please check our website, under accommodation description, as not all of the properties provide hairdryers.
  • Do we pay extra for air-conditioning?
  • Please check on our website, under accommodation description, to see which of the properties have air-conditioning and if it is included in the price or payable locally.
  • Is there a welcome pack provided?
  • We will do our best to provide you with a small welcome pack, at no extra charge, containing basic essentials such as water, tea and coffee, particularly if you are arriving on a late night flight and are unable to find a supermarket open.  However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen situations that occasionally crop up on changeover days, especially during high season. 
  • Is there a tv and a dvd player?

  • Does the accommodation have full ovens or mini ovens?

  • If I make my own way to the resort how will I know how to find my accommodation?
  • If you have booked accommodation only we would ask you to contact us by email before your day of arrival to give you exact directions to your accommodation. 
  • Can I order a food hamper to be delivered to my accommodation?
  • Yes, if you wish you can contact us by email detailing what you would like to be provided on your arrival and we will arrange this for you.  This will be at cost price from the supermarket plus a service fee of 10 euros, payable in resort.
