Is the price quoted at the time of booking
the price we pay at the end?
At Excel we want you to
be clear about what you will pay for your rental. You won’t have
to guess when we offer our prices. There are no hidden
extras or unnecessary insurances. When you make your
reservation, the price we quote to you
is the price you pay. Providing that you return the car to us on
time and with the same amount of petrol as you collected it,
there is no more to pay.
Do we have to pay for extra mileage?
At Excel we do not charge for extra mileage regardless the
length of the rental.
What deposit do we have to pay when we collect the car to cover
any damages etc?
There will be no deposits to pay when you collect your car, you
are covered by Fully Comprehensive Insurance.
When do we return the car and what happens if we return it later
than agreed?
In return for offering you our vehicle in good condition we ask
you to return it to us on the agreed time so we can re check it
and prepare it for the next customer. If you wish to keep your
car for longer, you can always contact us in order to make the
necessary arrangements. If you do decide to return the car to us
later than planned without telling us beforehand, a late return
charge will be applied immediately. This charge represents the
costs we are likely to incur in providing a suitable vehicle for
the next customer, plus our administrative expenses.
What happens if we book a car and then we decide to cancel?
Regrettably once a booking has been confirmed any deposits
received will not be refunded.
When do rentals start and when do they end?
Unless otherwise agreed at the time of the booking all car
rentals start at 09:00 hrs and end in the morning at 08:30. If
some people want to bring the car back the night before the
rental ends, this is ok providing it is before 22:00 hrs.
Will I get the car I have booked or a different one?
At Excel we always guarantee the type of car, sometimes we may
upgrade you to a higher group at no extra charge.
At times we may be renting cars from other partners in order to
cover our needs, but when there is such a case you will know
before you confirm your reservation.
