At Excel we want you to be clear about what you will pay for your rental. When you make your reservation, the price we quote to you is the price you pay.  There are no hidden extras or unnecessary insurances.  Providing that you return the car to us on time and with the same amount of petrol as you collected it, there is no more to pay.

At Excel we do not charge for extra mileage, regardless of the length of time of the rental.

There will be no deposits to pay when you collect your car, you are covered by Fully Comprehensive Insurance.

In return for offering you our vehicle in good condition we ask you to return it to us at the agreed time so we can re-check it and prepare it for the next customer. If you wish to keep your car for longer, you can always contact us in order to make the necessary arrangements. If you do decide to return the car to us later than planned without telling us beforehand, a late return charge will be applied immediately. This charge represents the costs we are likely to incur in providing a suitable vehicle for the next customer, plus our administrative expenses.

Regrettably, once a booking has been confirmed any deposits received will not be refunded.

Unless otherwise agreed at the time of the booking all car rentals start at 09:00 hrs and end in the morning at 08:30.  If you wish to return the car the night before the rental ends to avoid having to get up early to bring it back, this is ok providing it is returned before the office closes at 22:00 hrs. During low season the office may close around 21:00 hrs.

At Excel we always guarantee the type of car, sometimes we may upgrade you to a higher group at no extra charge.  Occasionally it may be necessary for us to rent cars from other partners in order to cover our needs and if you have booked a specific car we will advise you of this.  

When you make your reservation it will be necessary for you to advise us if you will need baby seats or booster seats.

Yes, it is the law in Greece.
