The house is divided into the main part and an annex situated at the back, which accommodates two people. On the ground floor of the main house is a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable lounge/dining area with an attractive stone fireplace. A smart staircase leads up from this area to the first floor of the house where there are two, comfortably furnished, twin bedrooms, with iron beds and matching furnishings. One room has an en suite shower room and the other has an en suite bathroom. There is also a spare wc on the ground floor discreetly hidden under the stairs.

From the first floor there is access across a covered veranda to the annex. This delightful little cottage has a king-size iron bed, its own stone fireplace and an en suite shower room. A narrow walkway leads round to the main veranda, the barbecue area and the swimming pool.

The beautiful pool area is set on a level below the villa. There are sunbeds and umbrellas provided and the pool itself is heated. Dining furniture is provided on the main veranda. This villa is highly recommended and is only a 5 minute drive to the main resort of Kassiopi and all amenities.
